ArcGIS Server REST API Login

To login to Services Directory when your site is federated to a portal, you must enter a token.

To acquire this token, go to https://geoportal.dggs.dnr.alaska.gov/portal and enter 'https://salus.dnr.state.ak.us:6443/arcgis/rest' for the 'Webapp URL' parameter
