Description | 4 crushed rock samples were pulverized so that 85% of the material passed through a -200 (75 micron) mesh screen. Riffle splitters were used to split the samples. 4 samples with arsenic >1% was re-analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy after HCl:HNO3 (3:1) acid digestion. 4 samples were analyzed for mercury using Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy after HCl:HNO3 (3:1) acid digestion. |

Description | 44 rock samples were crushed so that 70% of the material passed through a -10 (2 mm) mesh screen. Rock samples were then pulverized so that 85% of the material passed through a -200 (75 micron) mesh screen. Riffle splitters ensured accurate sampling of 30-gram and 200-gram samples. 44 samples were analyzed for trace elements by Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectroscopy following HF-HNO3-HClO4 acid digestion with HCl leach. 44 samples were analyzed for gold on a 30-gram split using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy after Fire Assay. Highly mineralized samples may bias results for some elements. |
