62 rock samples were crushed so that at least 70 percent of the material passed through a -10 (2 mm) mesh screen. A 200-gram, representative split of the sample was then taken using a riffle splitter. The 200-gram sample was then pulverized in a chrome steel ring mill so that 95 percent of the sample passed through a -150 (106 micron) mesh screen. 5 samples were received as pulp. Samples had mesh size checked. 67 samples were analyzed for gold on a 30-gram representative sample split using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy after Fire Assay Fusion. 67 samples were analyzed for trace elements using Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectroscopy after HCl:HNO3 (3:1) acid digestion. High copper interference on bismuth and phosphorus. |
