150 pan concentrate samples were taken using a 14-inch pan, filled one level full. The panned material was screened at 14 mesh (1.41mm). The minus-14 mesh remnant were seperated into heavy and light mineral fractions using 2.85 specific gravity fluid, and the minus 2.85 specific gravity sample was further split into magnetic and non-magnetic fractions using a hand magnet. The non-magnetic remnant was used for analysis. Heavy non-magnetic mineral samples were analyzed for concentrations of a suite of trace elements using semi-quantitative emission spectrographic analysis.
